A building in Pawnee City was in need of work to address structural and safety concerns. The city was also in need of a community center. The project includes a complete demo of the existing interior and exterior of the building. Including demo of the exterior brick, new foundation modifications, new wood framing and exterior veneer brick. Other new improvements include a new roof system, new windows, and new exterior concrete including an ADA ramp.
