They acquired land near the Branch St. and Fairway Dr. intersection to build a twelve unit wood structure. The buildings exterior consists of a combination of wood lap siding and a stone veneer wainscot, as well as a canopied entryway. Also included is a 550 SF concrete terrace/patio. The site includes a 16 stall hard surface parking lot, with four available hcdp stalls.
