This project is a 380 square foot 2-story addition plus partial renovation of the existing 2,045 square foot building. The addition is intended to create accessibility for the Concert Hall and basement reception areas. It will include an entrance lobby at ground level, with a wheelchair lift to the basement and performance hall levels, a main floor accessible family restroom, and minor renovations to the existing building interior.
