A bond issue for Seaman USD 345 included addition of a new middle school building to their current facilities. This project (Northern Hills Project) is the renovation and conversion of the previous middle school facility in Topeka, KS, into an elementary school.
This project included 10,500 square feet of primary renovation into kindergarten classrooms, a main office suite, and additional classrooms. A new HVAC system was installed throughout, and the building was re-roofed. New finishes and new light fixtures were included in much of the older portions of the building. New driveways, paving, and playgrounds were also installed on site. There were security upgrades included as well.
