AHRS worked alongside Davis Design to complete this 6,000 square foot addition and 45,000 square foot renovation of the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn, Nebraska.
The addition included patient rooms, elevator and nurses station. The change of use renovation included surgical suites, ER entrance and rooms, outpatient clinic area, and physical therapy area. Other work included concrete foundations, structural steel, metal stud framing and finishes, mechanical systems – HVAC, plumbing, and med gas systems, and electrical systems.
