USD 364 voted and approved a bond issue, and this project was the first (of 3) to fulfill the bond.
This project included a new 2-story addition to the north of the existing educational facility. The first floor addition included a music room, restrooms, and classrooms. The 2nd floor included 3 classrooms. A concrete foundation with CMU walls and brick facade were used to match the existing structure with a membrane roof.
The interior stage area was remodeled into a computer room, classrooms, faculty break room, and storage. There were many other flooring, ceiling, and paint finish upgrades throughout the building, as well as updates to the mechanical system.
