Starting their new business, the owners of Liquid Art had a vision to build a combination winery/wine tasting room/venue.
This project was constructed using the combination of two pre-engineered buildings and one wood framed building for the structure. The first metal building is a single slope 60′ x 90′ mostly open space that will be used as a wedding venue. Restrooms, warming kitchen, brides room, groom’s room, and storage are also part of this area. The second metal building is a 28′ x 80′ and houses the area used for wine production.
The third attached building is 28′ x 35′, and is stick framed with a standing seam roof to match the roof on the winery. This portion is the wine tasting room, and includes a fireplace and merchandise sales area. On the entire facility, the lower 12′ of the walls uses conventional wood framed construction with drywall interior and horizontal siding with stone veneer for the exterior.
