As AHRS Construction has grown, there was increasing need for more office space, storage, and a conference room. This project consisted of renovating 900 square foot of existing office space, as well as the conversion of a 1,500 square foot (open truck bay and storage) area into a finished office space.
A center pod of restrooms, a copy room and plan room are surrounded by a corridor and the exterior rooms consist of a 425 square foot conference room, the relocated employee meeting room, and additional offices.
