ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The USD 384 Building Bond project was developed to upgrade several existing structures and add a new pre-school, press box, and agricultural building. The largest portion of the school bond project was the addition of a new 12,800 square foot agricultural building east of the high school. The construction of this new facility allowed for the existing agricultural building to be renovated into a new fitness facility. Also, a new 2,170 square foot pre-school building was constructed on the west side of the high school. The football field received a new press box, which also houses a new concession stand and restrooms.

The high school had many renovations completed on its existing facility which included a new membrane roof on part of the building, a completely renovated FACS room, many of the exterior windows and doors were replaced, site drainage improvements, and acoustical upgrades to the gymnasium. The middle school renovation included replacement of exterior windows, doors, and sidewalk improvements. The grade school renovation included acoustical upgrades to their multi-purpose room, replacement of their exterior windows, doors and sidewalk improvements.
