The original auditorium building was completed in 1942 on the square in Humboldt. After having sat vacant for almost 20 years a board was assembled to renovate the facility.
Phase 1 & 2 of the work was also completed by AHRS. Phase 1 addressed ADA and code related issues as well as renovated and added to the main level restrooms. Phase 2 added a new HVAC system to the main level and updated lighting.
Phase 3 included the following: New fire service line and fire sprinkler system, acoustical wall & ceiling treatments, painting walls in the auditorium, window coverings, modified HVAC components and added electrical.
