ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Once a Jr. High and High school, this large Baileyville, KS building was in for a face lift.  This project was a renovation of the old high school for future use as a college/tech center for Highland Community College.

This project included a remodel of about 20,000 square feet of existing building.  The existing old wood gym floor was removed and the large room was divided with appropriate fire walls and ventilation systems to allow 1/2 of the gym to be used for a welding tech program.  HVAC systems for about 30,000 square feet of the building were replaced with more efficient systems.  All corridors and classrooms received new finishes including ceilings, floor covering, GDW walls, lighting, electrical, and updated tele/data systems.  All work was completed within a 10 week time frame.
