This historic downtown cornerstone building was a diamond in the rough, but time had taken it’s toll on the structure, and it needed a lot of renovation to bring out its original full potential.
Located in Hiawatha, KS, this project included, exterior masonry restoration, renovation and repainting of detailed metal ceilings, installation of steel & wood stairway, new offices, a new reception area, a commission room, restrooms, new electrical system, new plumbing and HVAC systems. All construction was completed while carefully preserving the integrity of the historic structure.
