Community National Bank in Seneca, KS wanted to expand their retirement plans division, and this beautiful and functional building was the result.
This project houses approximately 23,000 square foot of new construction. The building included concrete foundations, structural steel, metal stud framing, metal roof trusses, exterior face brick, cast stone, Portland cement plaster, architectural standing seam metal roofing, aluminum windows, GDW, interior finishes, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire sprinkler system.
