Vally View Milling is a business that has seen extensive expansion since it’s recent founding at this site in 2008. As their production has grown, there was a need for increased office space and storage.
This project is an 8,640 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a total of 4,500 square feet of office space. The ground level has 1,500 square feet of office space, a large warehouse, and shop space. The second floor and basement levels make up the remainder of the office space. A loading dock sits on the north side of the building, and a new truck scale is located on the east side of the building.
