AHRS was asked directly from the owner about a multiple phased metal building addition to the existing 86×102 pre-engineered metal building that AHRS previously built. The 125×100 had a 40’0″ eave height to accommodate their liquid storage tanks. The 125×100 and 32×100 were included in the 1st phase. After they moved their operation into the first phase, we completed the 38’10″x73 structure along with replacing the roof on the existing 86×102 building. The load out bay in the existing building also had the existing floor removed and replaced.
