Peru State College acquired an abandoned Elementary School for use as a sports field house. Phase II of this project was established to make building exterior renovations and site improvements. The project consists of an exterior renovation at the Peru State College fieldhouse and erosion control for the Oak Bowl football field. The fieldhouse renovation includes modernizing the exterior facade of the building with new metal wall panels and masonry restoration. A new parking lot is constructed north of the fieldhouse, and a new south access sidewalk and stairs increase accessibility to the fieldhouse. Site drainage improvements include additional area drains, Flex-A-Mat erosion matts, and erosion control matting and seeding.
