This was the second project we have done for Pawnee City Housing Authority. It was a grant funded renovation project, of two different residential units. Both renovations involved using two existing resident units and converting them to a single resident unit, with one renovated unit becoming a three bedroom and the other renovated unit becoming a two bedroom. Both renovated units included a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Both units received new electrical service, new plumbing service, and new mini-split type HVAC systems.
