While the current service/repair shop at Hiawatha Implement was becoming overcrowded and with some up-and-coming new repair techniques becoming necessary, Larry Roeder determined that it was time to expand his shop space.
The new shop building is an approximately 29,000 SF pre-engineered metal building featuring IMP (insulated metal panel) wall panels and a standing seam roof system. The building will also feature two overhead crane systems, heated floors, and a wash bay. Several large overhead doors will allow access for large equipment. There will also be offices, a training room, and a break room within this building. The office area will feature large aluminum windows, stone and brick veneer exterior finishes, and a canopy roof. The building floors will feature an epoxy flooring system.
