Highland Community College expanded their service area to include Holton, Kansas. The conversion of an existing auto dealership facility into a satellite campus building was a great way to utilize the vacant building.
This project includes demolition of existing offices, showroom and part of the service bay as well as enclosing the covered display area. The completed renovation includes 8 classrooms, science lab, computer lab, offices, restrooms, and break room. To all the college to utilize the facility in the fall of 2010, this project was fast-tracked in a three month time frame.
