Alan started his career in the construction industry as a young man working on his family farm, just out of high school. He decided to give construction a try when he was offered the job from a friend. Alan as a superintendent, has successfully supervised numerous projects including schools, a hospital, church, library, hotel, wastewater treatment plant, and an operations facility. With his experience, Alan has gained the desirable organizational and leadership qualities needed to supervise large construction projects, leading to his role as a project manager. As a project manager, he works on projects with different challenges from renovating occupied buildings, constructing buildings in historic districts and maintaining demanding schedules. Through this experience and a focus on excellent communication and coordination between project team members, Alan is able to deliver quality projects within budget and on time.
