Get to Know Joey

Joey originates from Seneca as a graduate of Nemaha Valley High School. Following high school, he attended Kansas State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management. Joey worked for a General Contractor in Manhattan for 3 years prior to joining AHRS. We are excited to have Joey back in the community as a part of our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate project delivery with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors
• Manage project documentation and cost control
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Manage subcontractor and vendor procurement
