Get to Know Carol

Carol, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate, came to AHRS from a local manufacturer where she gained knowledge in project accounting and administration. She understands the challenges of commercial project administration and the roles that the owner, architect, subcontractors, and suppliers should play in every successful project. In her 23 years at AHRS, Carol has built strong relationships with these parties to aid in the administration being both efficient and effective.

  • Preparation of owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Maintain project records
  • Preparation of owner billings
  • Management of subcontractor and supplier documentation requirements
  • Regulate subcontractor and supplier payments according to original contracts and track corresponding lien waivers
