The second metal building is 28' x 80' and houses the area to be used for wine production. The third attached building is 28' x 35', it was stick framed and a standing seam roof was applied to match the roof on the winery. This portion will be used as the tasting room. The room includes a fireplace and  merchandise sales area. On the entire facility, the lower 12' of the walls uses conventional wood framed construction with drywall interior and horizontal siding and has stone veneer for the exterior.
